Data, purposes and legal basis
The form processes name, email, optional professional data and request content to respond and take pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject. These data are not used for marketing without a separate legal basis.
Security logs may include IP address, date, requested resource and browser. The rate limiter hashes the IP and does not store it in the lead database.
Retention and recipients
Requests not linked to a contract are deleted within 365 days unless needed for legal protection. Hosting, email and authorised professionals may process data under applicable agreements.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection and complain to the competent supervisory authority.
Site measurement data
In addition to form data, the site records aggregated technical events about the use of the contact form. Legal basis: legitimate interest in verifying that the contact channel works and is usable. Neither IP address nor user agent is retained: to avoid counting the same visit twice within a day, a non-reversible pseudonym is used that rotates every night. Events follow the same retention period as requests and do not allow a person to be identified.
